Ripley was not a fan of Mother Alien’s eggs and we’re pretty sure they would have tasted nasty too. Fortunately, we found a way to make a stuffed egg that is delicious and there is no acid or face hugging is optional.

Ripley’s Stuffed Alien Eggs

These stuffed Alien eggs, are a delicious treat that won't release a chest burster, but might take your breath away
Prep Time 20 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Servings: 4 stuffed "eggs"

Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 3 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Cut the avocado about 1 - 2 inches down from the top and scoop out the pit and all avocado fruit. Set aside.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, by hand. Knead the mixture for about 5 mins
  3. Add blue cheese crumbles and knead in the mixture for one minute
  4. Stuff the avocado shells with the mixture carefully
  5. Serve with crackers or mini toast
  6. Gentle brush or wipe olive oil on the avocado skins to make "slime".

Notes

We tried to use the "eggs" to make guac and it turned out pretty good, but it was hard to get the chips inside without spilling it all. Something spreadable works best.
You could substitute any hardy dip inside these "eggs" I don't suggest you use anything too soft or runny.
Use the avocado fruit to make guac or freeze to use in a dip later.
