Cook Time 6 minutes
Total Time 11 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp fresh or dried mint crushed ( see notes below)

  • 1/2 cup ice 3 - 5 ice cubes worked nicely
Top / Garnish
  • Mint Leaves

Method

  1. Start by muddling the mint leaves and then strain the milk over the leaves to release the mint flavor into it. Repeat. (for instructions click here
  2. Add all ingredient except the blueberries and anise to a blender and blend on a medium speed for 1 minute.
  3. Add blueberries and anise then blend again for 1 minute.
  4. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to experiment with this recipe. It's a milkshake, with enhancements, and your Tannis should be something that blends well with blueberry and mint, We have excluded the mint but the anise is rather overpowering, so adjust your measurements accordingly.
