The Lemon Stick-up

The Wire, set in Baltimore, was a national treasure. We created a Baltimore seasonal treat to celebrate!

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Hollow Pepermint Sticks See notes to order
  • 4 Extra Large Very Rips Lemons
  • 1 tsp Finishing Sugar

Method
 

  1. Gently roll the lemon on its side and press lightly to release the juices inside
  2. Cut the lemon top off leaving some room to insert the peppermint stick.
  3. Gently press the peppermint stick into the lemon
  4. Sprinkle on the lemon face w/ finishing sugar to release some of the lemon juice.
  5. Sip and enjoy!
